Ocean Systems (IOS) is the leading European-based
magazine serving and informing the vast and important
international oceanographic market. It comprehensively
covers the field of ocean data gathering, underwater
surveying, and instrumentation, and is distributed
worldwide.
In 2003 International Ocean
Systems entered a new phase in its growth and
development when it was acquired by Underwater
World Publications Ltd, a major member of The
Diver Group of Companies, which has five other
publications in the industrial and recreational
underwater field and which has been in the business
for more than 40 years.
The Group also has an unrivalled
website for recreational divers - Divernet - and
organises two annual dive shows and one bi-annual
show which attract more than 290 exhibitors and
over 32,000 visitors each year.
International Ocean Systems
is published bi-monthly and alternates with a
companion magazine, Underwater Contractor International
- a high-quality publication catering for the
commercial underwater industry.
